PepperPapers.de has been online for over a year now and has already helped over 10,000 customers to become their own advocate. We at PepperPapers.de are very proud of this, but we are not resting on our laurels. In the background, we have been working hard on a functional update that recently went online. The update includes a number of new features and functions that we have come up with, but we have also incorporated a lot of feedback from our customers – thank you very much to everyone who sent us feedback.

New functions

Below you will find a list of the new functions that are now available on PepperPapers.de.

Storage duration of documents for customers with a customer account

A PepperPapers customer account is not only free, but also offers useful advantages for you. The biggest advantage: If you have a customer account, we automatically and permanently save your created documents in your customer account. We no longer delete the documents you create automatically, but leave it up to you to decide when and if you want to delete them.

Storage duration of documents for customers without a customer account

Data protection is our top priority! That’s why we originally designed PepperPapers in such a way that we store the documents you create on our servers for a maximum of 3 days and then delete them automatically and irrevocably. Due to frequent requests, we have changed this procedure for you. From now on, we will delete documents that you create without a customer account after 31 days. This gives you significantly more time to print out your document or save it locally on your end device.

Don’t have a customer account yet? Then it’s high time you did! Your PepperPapers customer account is 100% free and offers you many advantages. These are e.g:

Save and manage all your PepperPapers documents in a simple overview
You decide if and when your documents should be deleted from our server. No automatic deletion of your created documents

Receive created documents via e-mail

Previously, our documents could only be viewed and downloaded in the browser. From now on, you can also send your created document to your registered e-mail address. This is particularly handy if your PDF program or browser on your PC doesn’t do what it should and you want to open the PDF file quickly on your smartphone or tablet.

PepperPapers knows no boundaries

While we previously limited shopping on PepperPapers.de to Germany and all other EU countries, you can now shop on PepperPapers.de from anywhere in the world.

These were the most important changes that are now available. We hope the new features will make purchasing and managing your documents on PepperPapers.de even easier for you.
