Important news for all those who oppose the new property tax!

Many of you have told us that courts and local authorities are exerting massive pressure. Be it through nonsensical questions, false claims or threatening fees to get you to withdraw your objection or complaint. But one thing is clear: don’t let them intimidate you!

That’s why we have created three new legal documents for you, which you can use to react to this harassment in a safe and legally sound manner:

Reply to the court – When the court unnecessarily delays you

Some courts first send a standard letter full of nonsensical questions after a property tax complaint:

  • “What is your amount in dispute?”
  • “Do you agree with the transfer to the single judge?”
  • “Please send us copies of your tax assessments.”
  • And then the note that your complaint has no chance of success anyway.

This is pure tactics! The courts have no final authority to decide on the constitutionality of property tax – only the Federal Fiscal Court and the Federal Constitutional Court can do that.

With our legal document, you can give the right answer and not be held up by pointless formalities.

Response to the community – When the community puts you under pressure

Some municipalities react to the model objection to the property tax not with a fair procedure, but with massive pressure:

  • They claim that the model lawsuits are being ignored.
  • They threaten to simply reject your objection.
  • They demand that you withdraw your objection – otherwise they will charge you fees!

But this is unlawful! The municipality may not threaten you with fees, as this violates fundamental rights, the principle of procedural economy and exposes itself to the risk of claims for damages.

With our legal document you can defend yourself against this – legally secure & without pressure.
