With this legal document you request the credit agency to delete your data. Furthermore, the credit agency must refrain from scoring you. Plus: The credit agency must provide you with information about where it got the data about you and what it has reported about you and to whom. In doing so, you are asserting your claims that you are entitled to against the credit agency according to the new ruling of the European Court of Justice of December 7, 2023.

You can use your legal document against all Schufa-like companies in Germany and Austria: Creditreform, Boniversum, CRIF Germany (formerly Bürgel), Dun & Bradstreet Germany, IHD Kreditschutzverein and infoscore. For Austria: CRIF, KSV 1870 Kreditschutzverband, Creditreform Wirtschafts-Auskunftei Kubicki KG and AKV Alpenländischer Kreditorenverband.
