With this document, you authorize a person you trust to represent you at the Workers’ Compensation Board in your proceedings. This person must be a member of your family. Family members are allowed to appear on your behalf; friends are not allowed to do so. Your family member will also receive the mail from the Berufsgenossenschaft.

It is important that you send the power of attorney to the Employer’s Liability Insurance Association. The authorized person can then officially represent you and will also receive your official mail.
